Abstract
【解決手段】トレッド部3に埋設されたベルトプライ5aと、一対のビード部1からサイドウォール部2を経由してベルトプライ5aの端部の内周側に至り、トレッド部3にてタイヤ幅方向に分割されたカーカスプライ4とを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、カーカスプライ4の分割幅がベルトプライの最大幅の35%以上であり、タイヤ幅方向に対して±20°の範囲内の角度で延びる補強コードを配列してなる補助プライ6が、ベルトプライ5aの端部の内周側にてカーカスプライ4と重なり合い且つカーカスプライ4の分割端部4aよりもタイヤ幅方向内側に延出するように配されている。

Description
図1のタイヤ構造において、カーカスプライを分割せずにトレッド部にて連続させ且つ補助プライを設けていないものを、比較例1とした。また、図1のタイヤ構造において、図2のようにプライを配し、補助プライに含まれる補強コードのタイヤ幅方向に対する角度を90°としたものを、比較例2とした。
図1のタイヤ構造において、図2のようにプライを配したものを実施例1とし、図6のようにプライを配したものを実施例2とし、図5のようにプライを配したものを実施例3とした。表1に評価結果を示す。

Claims (5)
- トレッド部に埋設されたベルトプライと、一対のビード部からサイドウォール部を経由して前記ベルトプライの端部の内周側に至り、トレッド部にてタイヤ幅方向に分割されたカーカスプライとを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記カーカスプライの分割幅が前記ベルトプライの最大幅の35%以上であり、タイヤ幅方向に対して±20°の範囲内の角度で延びる補強コードを配列してなる補助プライが、前記ベルトプライの端部の内周側にて前記カーカスプライと重なり合い且つ前記カーカスプライの分割端部よりもタイヤ幅方向内側に延出するように配されたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記補助プライが前記カーカスプライの内周側に重なり合う請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補助プライがトレッド部にてタイヤ幅方向に分割され、その補助プライの分割幅が前記カーカスプライの分割幅よりも小さい請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補強コードがタイヤ幅方向に対して傾斜して延びるとともに、前記カーカスプライを構成するカーカスコードが、前記補助プライと重なり合う部分にて前記補強コードとは逆向きに交差するようにタイヤ幅方向に対して傾斜して延びる請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補助プライの単位幅当たりの質量が前記カーカスプライの単位幅当たりの質量よりも小さい請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
