Abstract
Description
a)少なくとも部分的に中和されていてよい、少なくとも1つのエチレン系不飽和酸基含有モノマー、
b)少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)少なくとも1つの開始剤、
d)場合によってはa)に記載されたモノマーと共重合可能な1つ以上のエチレン系飽和モノマーおよび
e)場合によっては1つ以上の水溶性ポリマーを含有するモノマー溶液またはモノマー懸濁液を重合することによって得られ、
少なくとも1つの表面後架橋剤は、少なくとも1つのノズルにより水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こされ、および水吸収性ポリマー粒子は、熱的に表面後架橋される、表面後架橋された水吸収性ポリマー粒子を製造する方法によって解決され、この方法は、少なくとも1つのノズルがノズルを含む装置部材と境を接しているグローブボックスを介して交換されるかまたは清浄化されることによって特徴付けられる。
Claims (11)
- 後架橋された水吸収性ポリマー粒子を連続的に製造する方法であって、この場合水吸収性ポリマー粒子は、
a)少なくとも部分的に中和されていてよい、少なくとも1つのエチレン系不飽和酸基含有モノマー、
b)少なくとも1つの架橋剤、
c)少なくとも1つの開始剤、
d)場合によってはa)に記載されたモノマーと共重合可能な1つ以上のエチレン系飽和モノマーおよび
e)場合によっては1つ以上の水溶性ポリマーを含有するモノマー溶液またはモノマー懸濁液を重合することによって得られ、
少なくとも1つの後架橋剤は、少なくとも1つのノズルにより水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こされ、および水吸収性ポリマー粒子は、熱的に表面後架橋される、後架橋された水吸収性ポリマー粒子を連続的に製造する方法において、少なくとも1つのノズルがノズルを含む装置部材と境を接しているグローブボックスを介して交換されるかまたは清浄化されることを特徴とする、後架橋された水吸収性ポリマー粒子を連続的に製造する方法。 - 少なくとも1つの後架橋剤を垂直方向のミキサー中で水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こす、請求項1記載の方法。
- 熱的に後架橋をディスク型乾燥機中で実施する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの後架橋剤を少なくとも1つの一対のノズルを用いて水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こす、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの後架橋剤を少なくとも2つのノズルまたは一対のノズルを用いて水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こし、少なくとも2つのノズルまたは一対のノズルの供給管路は、別々の遮断装置を備えている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- さらに少なくとも1つの多価陽イオンを少なくとも1つのノズルを用いて水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こす、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの多価陽イオンを少なくとも1つの一対のノズルを用いて水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こす、請求項6記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの後架橋剤を一対のノズルを用いて水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こし、少なくとも1つの多価陽イオンを一対のノズルを用いて水吸収性ポリマー粒子上に施こす、請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 水吸収性ポリマー粒子は、少なくとも15g/gの遠心分離保持能を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのノズルおよび少なくとも1つのグローブボックスを含む、水吸収性ポリマー粒子を連続的に熱的に的後架橋する装置であって、グローブボックスが、ノズルを含む装置部材と境を接しており、ノズルがグローブボックスの内部空間を介して交換されうるかまたは清浄化されうる、前記の水吸収性ポリマー粒子を連続的に熱的に的後架橋する装置。
- 水吸収性ポリマー粒子の連続的な熱的に的後架橋に対してノズルを交換するかまたは清浄化するためのグローブボックスの使用。
