Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- ハウジングと、駆動膜と、少なくとも第1位置と第2位置の間で前記駆動膜を動かすように構成された少なくとも1つの駆動デバイスとを備える駆動ユニットと、
ハウジングと、流体吸込口から流体吐出口に通じる流路と、前記流路の少なくとも一部分を画定する少なくとも1つの被駆動膜とを備える被駆動ユニットとを備える流体ポンプであって、前記被駆動ユニットは、前記被駆動膜を前記駆動膜に連結するように前記駆動ユニットに選択的に連結されるように構成され、それによって、前記駆動膜が動くと前記被駆動膜も動き、流体が、前記流体吸込口から前記流体吐出口まで前記被駆動ユニットを通してポンプ圧送される、流体ポンプ。 - 前記駆動ユニットが前記被駆動ユニットに連結されるときに前記駆動膜と前記被駆動膜の界面に隣接する位置まで延びる少なくとも1つの真空ラインを含む、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記真空ラインが、前記被駆動ユニットの前記ハウジングを通って延びる、請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記被駆動ユニットの前記ハウジングが、上面と底面とを有し、前記被駆動膜が、前記被駆動ユニットの前記ハウジングの前記底面の少なくとも一部分の全体にわたって延びる、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- ポンプ・チャンバが、前記被駆動ユニットの前記流路に沿って画定され、前記ハウジングの凹部部分と、前記被駆動膜の少なくとも一部分とを含む、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記駆動ユニットの前記駆動デバイスが、上昇位置と下降位置の間で移動可能なピストンを備える、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記駆動デバイスが、
少なくとも1つの領域において、前記駆動膜によって境界を画された容積可変の流体チャンバを備え、前記ピストンが動くと、前記流体チャンバの容積が変化する、請求項6に記載の流体ポンプ。 - 前記容積可変の流体チャンバが、少なくとも一部は、伸縮可能なベローズにより画定される、請求項7に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記駆動デバイスが、前記ピストンを動かすように構成された駆動機構を更に備える、請求項6に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記駆動機構が、リニア・ステッピング・モータを備える、請求項9に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記被駆動ユニットが、ポンプ・チャンバと、前記流体吸込口から前記ポンプ・チャンバに通じる流体吸込路と、前記ポンプ・チャンバから前記流体吐出口に通じる流体吐出路とを備える、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記流体吸込路及び流体吐出路を通る流体の流れを選択的に制御するように構成された少なくとも1つの流量制御デバイスを含む、請求項12に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流量制御デバイスが、前記被駆動膜が前記流体吸込路を通る流れを阻害する第1位置と、流れが前記流体吸込路を通ることが可能な第2位置の間で、前記被駆動膜の第1部分を動かすように構成された吸込アクチュエータと、前記被駆動膜が前記流体吐出路を通る流れを阻害する第1位置と、流れが前記流体吐出路を通ることが可能な第2位置の間で、前記被駆動膜の第2部分を動かすように構成された吐出アクチュエータとを備える、請求項13に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記吸込アクチュエータが、前記駆動ユニットから延びる制御棒を備え、前記吐出アクチュエータが、前記駆動ユニットから延びる制御棒を備え、前記駆動ユニットが、前記被駆動膜の前記第1部分及び第2部分の前記第1位置に対応する伸長位置と前記第2位置に対応する収縮位置の間で、前記吸込アクチュエータ及び前記吐出アクチュエータを動かすように構成された駆動機構を備える、請求項14に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記駆動機構が、前記吐出アクチュエータに関連したソレノイドと、前記吸込アクチュエータに関連したソレノイドとを備える、請求項15に記載の流体ポンプ。
- ハウジングと、駆動膜と、少なくとも第1位置と第2位置の間で前記駆動膜を動かすように構成された少なくとも1つの駆動デバイスとを備える駆動ユニットを提供するステップと、
ハウジングと、流体吸込口から流体吐出口に通じる流路と、前記流路の少なくとも一部分を画定する少なくとも1つの被駆動膜とを備える被駆動ユニットを提供するステップと、
前記被駆動膜が前記駆動膜に隣接して設置されるように前記被駆動ユニットと前記駆動ユニットを接続するステップと、
前記被駆動膜を前記駆動膜に真空接続するステップと、
前記駆動膜を動かし、それによって、前記被駆動膜が前記駆動膜と共に動き、流体が、前記流体吸込口から前記流体吐出口まで前記被駆動ユニットを通してポンプ圧送されるステップとを含む、流体をポンプ圧送する方法。 - 前記真空接続ステップが、真空源に前記ポンプを接続し、界面に真空を適用するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
