Claims (16)
- 乾燥物質(39)と流体(41)とを混合することにより形成される、流動可能な媒体(43)、特には治療目的のための媒体、を準備し使用可能にするための装置であって、この装置が、
前記流体(41)を保持する第1の容器(1)であって、復元力に抗して変形して容積を変化させることができる壁部分(3)と、
前記乾燥物質(39)を保持する第2の容器(35)と、
前記第1の容器(1)と前記第2の容器(35)との間に流体接続部を形成するための移送デバイス(21)と、
を具備することを特徴とする装置。 - 復元力に抗して変形可能な前記第1の容器(1)の前記壁部分は、変形に抗する固有の復元力を有する、ベローズ(3)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の容器(1)は、前記ベローズ(3)の一方の端部において前記移送デバイス(21)に接続するために、頭部(5)を有しており、前記頭部(5)において、捕獲手段(15,17)が具備されて、前記移送デバイス(21)の指定された接続手段(23,25)に設けられる、捕獲手段(19)との捕獲部を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記頭部(5)は、中央の突起状の接続ピース(11)を有しており、前記接続ピース(11)の端部は、好適にはネジきりトグル(7)である取り外し可能な閉鎖部により、通常閉じられており、前記ネジきりトグル(7)は、前記接続ピース(11)と一体であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記頭部(5)の捕獲手段は、前記頭部と一体であって且つ中間空間の形成により前記接続ピース(11)の外側に沿って伸張する、アーム(15)により形成されており、捕獲体が、前記アームの自由端領域に成形されており、前記捕獲体は、前記接続ピース(11)に向かう方向に突き出ており、前記捕獲体には、凹状の捕獲ノッチ(17)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の容器(1)に割り当てられた前記移送デバイス(21)の前記接続手段は、中空の接続シャンク(25)を有しており、前記接続シャンク(25)は、前記第1の容器(19)の前記接続ピース(11)とのプラグ接続部を形成するために、前記接続ピース(11)を保持するための座として端部側拡大部(23)を有しており、前記接続シャンク(25)は、その外壁表面により、前記頭部(5)の前記捕獲手段(17)を形成する前記アーム(15)間の中間空間に伸張することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記接続シャンク(25)の外壁表面に、前記頭部(5)の前記アーム(15)の前記捕獲ノッチ(17)と相互作用する、前記移送デバイスの前記捕獲手段として、捕獲リブ(19)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記接続シャンク(25)の伸張部にある前記移送デバイス(21)は、貫通チャンネル(29)を有しており、前記貫通チャンネル(29)の端部は、前記第2の容器(35)のために意図される、前記移送デバイス(21)の前記接続手段の構成要素として、突き出るカニューレ(33)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の容器(35)は、前記カニューレ(33)により貫通可能である、閉鎖部(37)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記カニューレ(33)により前記閉鎖部(37)を貫通することが意図される、位置関係で、前記移送デバイス(21)と前記第2の容器(35)とを連結するためのデバイス(44,45)を特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスは、一方の端部で開放されていて且つもう一方の端部で前記移送デバイス(21)の前記カニューレ(33)のための中央貫通開口を有する端部板(44)を有する、スリーブ本体(45)を有しており、
前記スリーブ本体(45)は、前記容器(35)のためのガイドを形成しており、前記ガイドは、前記カニューレ(33)に向かう方向において、前記開放端部から前記スリーブ本体(45)に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。 - 壁部を有する容器であって、前記壁部は、復元力に抗して変形可能であって、変形に抗して固有の復元力を有する、ベローズ(3)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置のための容器(1)。
- 前記容器(1)は、
前記第1の容器(1)は、前記ベローズ(3)の一方の端部において前記移送デバイス(21)に接続するために、頭部(5)を有しており、前記移送デバイス(21)の割り当てられた接続手段(23,25)に設けられる、捕獲手段(19)との捕獲部を形成するための捕獲手段(15,17)が、前記頭部(5)に具備されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の容器。 - 前記頭部(5)は、中央の突起状の接続ピース(11)を有しており、前記接続ピース(11)の端部は、好適にはネジきりトグル(7)である取り外し可能な閉鎖部により、通常閉じられており、前記ネジきりトグル(7)は、前記接続ピース(11)と一体であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の容器。

- 流動可能な媒体(43)、特には治療目的のための媒体、を準備し使用可能にするための請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置及び請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載の容器の使用方法において、
前記第1の容器(1)の前記変形可能な壁部分(3)に圧縮力を適用することにより、前記第1の容器(1)の容積が減少するので、前記流体(41)は従って、前記移送デバイス(21)を介して前記第2の容器(35)内に強制的に流入させられ、更に
前記流体(41)を前記第2の容器(35)内にある前記乾燥物質(39)と混合した後に、前記変形可能な壁部分(3)への圧縮力の適用を終了して、前記壁部分(3)の復元力により生じる、容積の増大により、前記媒体(43)は、前記第1の容器(1)内に流入し、そこで使用可能になる、使用方法。
