技术领域
本发明涉及一种流体产品分配装置,更具体地涉及一种组合剂(combidose)式装置,即其中两种流体产品在致动时被同时混合和分配的装置。
背景技术

有利地,所述接收部件包括在所述主体的侧壁中为每个储存器设置的窗口。
有利地,每个储存器包括中空管,所述中空管包括近端的第一轴向开口和远端的第二轴向开口,所述第一轴向开口由第一密封闭合件封堵,所述第二轴向开口由第二密封闭合件封堵。

具体实施方式
在本说明书中,术语“上”、“下”、“高”和“低”是相对于图1至图5所示装置的直立位置而言的。术语“轴向”和“径向”是相对于图2所示的泵的竖直中心轴线A而言的。术语“近端”和“远端”是相对于分配孔而言的。
参照附图,示出了组合剂式分配装置。该装置包括设置有分配孔15的主体10。在所示的例子中,分配孔15形成在鼻腔分配头的轴向端部处,这是本发明的优选实施方式。然而,应当注意的是,也可以考虑口腔的、耳部的或局部的分配。图1中所示的可移除的保护盖1可以被设置成在两次致动之间保护分配孔15。主体10接纳两个储存器20、20’,每个储存器容纳单剂量的流体产品。通常,这两种流体产品是不同的,但是如将在后面描述的,例如如果在每次致动之后使用清洁储存器,这两种流体产品也可以是相同或相似的。
两个储存器20、20’有利地是相同的。因此,下面将更详细地描述单个储存器。每个储存器形成与装置的其余部分分离的密封单元,有利地,每个储存器由具有第一轴向开口21a和第二轴向开口21b的中空管21组成。第一轴向开口21a可以在所述中空管21的颈部形成。在储存器已组装于主体10中的组装状态下,第一轴向开口21a形成近端开口,第二轴向开口21b形成远端开口。第一轴向开口21a由第一密封闭合件22封堵,第二轴向开口21b由第二密封闭合件23封堵。中空管21可以由玻璃或任何其他合适的材料制成。第一密封闭合件22可以是膜,第二密封闭合件23可以是塞子23,有利地由弹性体材料制成。作为变型,第一密封闭合件23也可以是塞子23,有利地由弹性体材料制成。
这种只能装单剂产品的储存器的尺寸非常小,从而限制了用于填充的无菌区域场所和用于储存这些填充后的储存器的冷室的容积。
主体10包括与每个储存器相关联的打开部件11,打开部件例如可以由穿刺部件如针形成。当装置被致动时,每根针11旨在刺穿相应储存器20、20’的第一密封闭合件22。优选地,每根针11相对于主体10固定,并通过相应的排出通道16、17连接到分配孔15。优选地,如图所示,两根针11的排出通道16、17在分配孔15的上游汇合,以形成通向所述分配孔15的单条排出通道18。有利地,以众所周知的方式在所述分配孔15的正上游设置有喷射型部19。
分配装置还包括分配部件30、30’和用于致动所述分配部件的致动部件40。分配部件包括用于每个储存器20、20’的相应的杆30、30’,所述杆可轴向移动,以在致动时,每个杆与相应储存器的塞子23配合,以使塞子在其相应储存器内轴向移动。所述塞子23因此转变成会在中空管21中滑动的活塞,从而通过针11朝分配孔15方向排出两种流体产品的剂量。每个杆30、30’与相应的致动弹簧35、35’相关联,致动弹簧适于施加轴向力以执行储存器20、20’的内容物的分配。作为变型,可以考虑与单个致动弹簧35相关联的单个杆30,所述单个杆可在其近端设置有两个平行的分支,每个分支与一相应的储存器20、20’配合。
在图示的例子中,致动弹簧35、35’设置在所述主体10和所述杆30、30’的轴向远端之间。
如图1所示,所述杆与在所述主体10外延伸的轴向滑动件50相关联。该轴向滑动件50可与所述杆30、30’一起相对于所述主体10在非加载位置和加载位置之间轴向移动。因此,当使用者将所述轴向滑动件50向下移动到其加载位置时,轴向滑动件加载所述致动弹簧35、35’。在致动时,杆30、30’与轴向滑动件50一起被所述致动弹簧35、35’轴向向上移动,从而使轴向滑动件50返回到其非加载位置。
有利地,所述杆30、30’和/或所述轴向滑动件50包括用于在加载位置锁定的锁定部件,在装置致动时,所述锁定部件由致动部件40释放。锁定部件可以例如包括将杆30、30’锁定在加载位置的卡锁部件,当致动部件40被致动时,卡锁部件被解锁。
优选地,致动部件40包括侧向致动元件,即在不同于分配部件的移动方向的方向上移动的元件。在所示的例子中,侧向致动元件有利地是侧杆40,侧杆能相对于所述主体10在图1、图2所示的息止位置和图3、图4所示的致动位置之间移动、特别是可枢转地移动。复位弹簧45优选将所述侧杆40推向侧杆的息止位置。
每根针11优选地与相应的针弹簧12相关联,针弹簧适于与每个储存器的第一开口21a配合,以推动所述储存器远离相应的针11。这确保了通过刺穿第一密封闭合件22来打开储存器仅在装置致动时发生。显然,所述针弹簧12的力小于所述致动弹簧35、35’的力。
主体10包括形成侧向进出部件的用于接收储存器的接收部件13、14。接收部件允许以侧向方式将储存器20、20’装载在主体10内。储存器20、20’在主体10内的组装可以刚好在该装置使用之前进行。有利地,接收部件13、14各自包括形成在主体10的侧壁中的相应窗口。附图示出了包括两个径向相反的侧窗口的主体10。接收部件可以包括固定部件例如卡锁部件、或任何其他允许储存器20、20’保持在主体10内的合适的部件。在图中所示的例子中,每个储存器的远端开口21b位于杆30、30’的轴向近端31、31’上,同时通过轴向向下推动储存器的针弹簧12被保持就位。在该实施方式中,封闭储存器的远端开口21b的塞子23向中空管21内稍微偏移,以允许杆30、30’的所述轴向近端31、31’稍微穿入所述中空管。当然,可以提供其他补充的紧固或限位部件,以促进这些储存器20、20’在主体10中的良好固定。可选地,可以在接收部件13、14处设置相应的可移除盖9,这些可移除盖9能够以任何期望的方式实现。图1示出了一个可能的实施例子,其中两个可移除盖9能在主体10上枢转。
因此,将储存器侧向装载到主体10中则允许制造分离的储存器、填充这些储存器和以密封的方式封堵这些储存器,然后独立于分配装置的其余部分储存这些储存器。该分配装置的其余部分则可以在非无菌区域组装,并储存在非冷室的地方。只有在使用该分配装置之前不久,储存器才能被组装在主体10中,储存器的内容物都保持由密封闭合件22、23保护直至该分配装置被致动。侧向装载储存器的优点是能够使用侧向致动从而使分配部件轴向移动,并且整个分配装置可以独立于储存器进行组装。这简化了分配装置的组装,并且通过特别是省去了一个零件而使分配装置本身也简化了,当储存器必须在主体内轴向组装时,该零件通常是预组装储存器所必需的。因此,本发明允许实现一种成本低、运行可靠的流体产品分配装置,并且对于这种流体产品分配装置,在填充和储存期间可以显著节约成本。
附图中所示装置的操作如下:使轴向杆50锁定在加载位置,使用者则可以通过主体的窗口13将容纳一剂量第一流体产品的第一储存器20插入主体10中。使用者随后能够通过主体的窗口14将容纳一剂量第二流体产品的第二储存器20’插入主体10中。针弹簧轴向向下推动所述储存器20、20’远离针11,以确保所述储存器的内容物的完整性。分配装置便准备好运行了。
然后,使用者按压侧杆40,这将把侧杆移动到其致动位置。侧杆40的这种位移将释放锁定部件,因此杆30、30’将在压缩的致动弹簧35、35’的作用下轴向向上移动。由于使塞子23在储存器20、20’的中空管21中移动所需的力大于由针弹簧12施加在储存器20、20’上的力,杆30、30’的轴向位移因而首先导致储存器20、20’轴向向上移动,从而导致膜22被针11刺穿。然后,塞子23在储存器20、20’中移动,以排出容纳在两个储存器中的流体产品。因此,两种流体产品被同时排出——其中每一种流体产品都通过其相应的针11排出,并且这两种流体产品将在单条排出通道18中混合,然后混合物通过分配孔15被喷射。
在分配混合的两种流体产品之后,使用者将轴向滑动件50移回到其加载位置,从而重新加载致动弹簧35、35’,直到杆30、30’和轴向滑动件50被锁定部件锁定在加载位置。然后,使用者可以打开两个盖9并取出两个空的储存器20、20’,例如通过克服针弹簧12的力手动地轴向向上推动储存器,以使每个储存器的远端开口21b从杆30、30’的上端31、31’脱离。在从主体10移除两个储存器20、20’之后,使用者能够可选地洗涤或清洁该分配装置,尤其是针11和分配孔,然后将该分配装置储存起来,以备将来配合两个新的装满的储存器一起使用。
有利的是,清洁是通过清洁储存器进行的,清洁储存器与储存器20、20’相同,但容纳有清洁和/或去污用的流体产品。这使得能够清洁针11、排出通道16、17、18、喷射型部19和分配孔15。这因此确保了配合活性产品的下一次使用不会受到前一次使用的污染,特别是避免了如果后续储存器中容纳不同产品时的任何不相容或过剂量的风险。用于这种清洁的致动循环与上述致动循环相同,当然除了清洁流体产品没有分配到使用者的鼻子、嘴、耳朵中或皮肤上外。
本发明可以特别地但不排他地用于治疗帕金森氏病、亨廷顿氏病、偏头痛、鼻疫苗接种、药物过量、心脏病发作。
尽管已经参照本发明的特定实施例描述了本发明,但是应当理解的是,本领域技术人员能够在不脱离由所附权利要求书限定的本发明范围的情况下对本发明进行任何修改。
Claims (12)
1.一种流体产品分配装置,包括:设置有分配孔(15)的主体(10);两个可移除的储存器(20,20’),每个储存器容纳待分配的单剂量流体产品;用于分配容纳在所述储存器(20,20’)中的所述流体产品的分配部件(30,30’;35,35’);以及用于致动所述分配部件(30,30’;35,35’)的致动部件(40),储存器(20,20’)在流体产品分配装置被致动之前以密封方式封闭,主体(10)包括用于打开每个储存器(20,20’)的打开部件(11),所述打开部件适于在流体产品分配装置被致动时打开储存器(20,20’),储存器(20,20’)各自形成与所述主体(10)分离的密封单元,每个储存器(20,20’)填充有相应的流体产品并且在被组装到所述主体(10)中之前被密封地封闭,所述主体(10)包括用于将储存器(20,20’)侧向组装到主体(10)中的接收部件(13,14),所述分配部件(30,30’;35,35’)包括与每个储存器相关联的杆,所述杆能轴向移动并与每个储存器(20,20’)的第二密封闭合件(23)配合,每个杆(30,30’)与适于在致动时轴向移动所述杆的致动弹簧(35,35’)相关联,其特征在于,所述杆(30,30’)与在所述主体(10)外延伸的轴向滑动件(50)相固连,所述轴向滑动件能相对于所述主体(10)在加载致动弹簧(35,35’)的加载位置和在致动之后的非加载位置之间轴向移动,使用者在每次致动之后手动地使所述轴向滑动件返回到加载位置,以便重新加载所述致动弹簧(35,35’)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述接收部件包括在所述主体(10)的侧壁中为每个储存器(20,20’)设置的窗口(13,14)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,每个储存器(20,20’)包括中空管(21),所述中空管包括近端的第一轴向开口(21a)和远端的第二轴向开口(21b),所述第一轴向开口(21a)由第一密封闭合件(22)封堵,所述第二轴向开口(21b)由第二密封闭合件(23)封堵。
4.根据权利要求3所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述第一密封闭合件(22)是膜。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述第二密封闭合件(23)是塞子,特别是由弹性体制成。
6.根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,每个储存器(20,20’)容纳不同的流体产品,两种不同的流体产品在致动时混合从而被一起分配。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,每个储存器容纳清洁和/或去污用的流体产品以形成清洁储存器。
8.根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述致动部件(40)包括侧向致动元件,所述侧向致动元件能在不同于所述分配部件(30,30’)的移动方向的方向上移动。
9.根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,用于打开所述储存器的所述打开部件(11)包括用于刺穿每个储存器(20,20’)的第一密封闭合件(22)的穿刺部件,例如针。
10.根据权利要求9所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,每根针(11)与针弹簧(12)相关联,当相应的储存器被组装在所述主体(10)中时,所述针弹簧推动相应的储存器(20,20′)远离所述针(11)。
11.根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述主体(10)、所述分配部件(30,30’;35,35’)、所述致动部件(40)和所述打开部件(11)被组装在一起以形成一个单元,储存器(20,20’)在填充和封堵之后被组装在所述一个单元中。
12.根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述接收部件(13,14)包括可移除盖(9)。
