Claims (13)
- 断面高さ(H0)と、最大断面幅(Wm)と、該最大断面幅(Wm)の上方にある上側断面部(U)と、該最大断面幅(Wm)の下方にある下側断面部(L)とを有するタイヤ(100)において、
タイヤ(100)の周方向に延びるトレッド(102)と、
一対のサイドウォール(104)と、
一対のビード部(106)と、
一方のビード部から他方のビード部へとタイヤ(100)の周りを周方向に延在する少なくとも1枚のカーカスプライ(114)と、
少なくとも2枚の補強プライとを備え、
該少なくとも2枚の補強プライは、該タイヤ(100)の周りを周方向に延在する第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)を含み、かつ少なくとも1つのカーカスプライ(114)とタイヤ(100)のトレッド(102)との間に配置されており、該第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)は、タイヤ(100)の下側断面部(L)内で終端する下側端(208、212)を有することを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記第一の補強プライ(202)は第一の平行配列コードセット(302)を含み、前記第二の補強プライ(204)は第二の平行配列コードセット(304)を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第一及び第二の平行配列コードセット(302、304)の角度方向が、前記タイヤ(100)の周方向(C)に対して約45度から約85度の間にある、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第一及び第二の平行配列コードセット(302、304)が互いに傾斜する方向に指向されている、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- ビード部(106)の各々がビードコア(108)とビードフィラー(110)とを含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも1枚のカーカスプライ(114)が前記ビードコア(108)の一方の周りを外向きに巻き付けられており、前記トレッド(102)に向かって延在して折返し端(124)において終端する折返し部(120)を形成し、前記第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)の前記下側端(208、212)が前記少なくとも一つのカーカスプライ(114)の該折返し端(124)の下方に延在している、請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記折返し部(120)の前記折返し端(124)は、前記タイヤ(100)の前記下側断面部(L)内に位置する、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記折返し部(120)が前記タイヤ(100)の前記断面高さ(H0)の約30%から約70%の間の高さ(H1)を有する、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)の前記下側端(208、212)の少なくとも一方が、前記少なくとも1枚のカーカスプライ(114)の前記折返し端(124)の下方に約4mmから約15mmの間の径方向距離だけ延在している、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)の前記下側端(208、212)が前記少なくとも1枚のカーカスプライ(114)と前記少なくとも1枚のカーカスプライ(114)の前記折返し部(120)との間に設けられている、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ビードフィラー(110)の上方で、前記第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)と前記少なくとも1枚のカーカスプライ(114)との間に設けられているビードフィラーインサート(214)を更に備える、請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)の前記下側端(208、212)が前記ビードフィラーインサート(214)の上側端(216)の下方に延在する、請求項11に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ビードフィラーインサート(214)の上側端(216)が前記第一及び第二の補強プライ(202、204)の下側端(208、212)の上方に延在し、前記ビードフィラーインサート(214)の下側端(218)が前記ビードフィラー(110)の上側端(112)の下方に延在する、請求項12に記載のタイヤ。
