Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電部27に接続されたDC/DCコンバータ21と、それを制御する制御回路35とからなり、制御回路35は蓄電部27を充電、または放電している時に、入出力電圧検出回路19、入出力電流検出回路17、および蓄電部電圧検出回路29により、それぞれ検出される入出力電圧Vi、入出力電流値I、蓄電部電圧Vcから、DC/DCコンバータ21の効率Efを求めるとともに、温度センサ31により検出される温度Tを用いて、効率Efが、入出力電圧Vi、入出力電流値I、蓄電部電圧Vc、および温度Tに応じた所定範囲(EminからEmax)を超えれば、少なくとも蓄電部27、またはDC/DCコンバータ21のいずれかが異常であると判断するようにした。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における蓄電装置のブロック回路図である。図2は、本発明の実施の形態1における蓄電装置の異常判断時のフローチャートである。なお、図1において太線は電力系配線を、細線は信号系配線をそれぞれ示す。また、本実施の形態1では蓄電装置を車両の回生システムに適用した場合について述べる。

Claims (10)
- キャパシタからなる蓄電部と、
前記蓄電部に接続されたDC/DCコンバータと、
前記DC/DCコンバータに接続された制御回路とからなり、
前記制御回路は、前記DC/DCコンバータにより前記蓄電部を充電、または放電している時に、前記DC/DCコンバータの入出力電力量と、前記蓄電部への充電、または放電による電力量との比率から前記DC/DCコンバータの効率(Ef)を求め、
前記効率(Ef)が所定範囲(EminからEmax)を超えれば、少なくとも前記蓄電部、または前記DC/DCコンバータのいずれかが異常であると判断するようにした蓄電装置。 - 前記DC/DCコンバータの蓄電部端子に接続された蓄電部電圧検出回路と、
前記DC/DCコンバータの入出力端子に接続された入出力電圧検出回路、および入出力電流検出回路とを備えるとともに、
前記蓄電部電圧検出回路、入出力電圧検出回路、および入出力電流検出回路が前記制御回路に接続された構成を有し、
前記制御回路は、前記DC/DCコンバータにより前記蓄電部を充電、または放電している時に、所定期間(時間t1から時間t2)において、前記入出力電圧検出回路、入出力電流検出回路、および蓄電部電圧検出回路により、それぞれ入出力電圧(Vi)、入出力電流値(I)、蓄電部電圧(Vc)を検出するとともに、前記蓄電部の容量値(C)を用いて、
前記蓄電部が充電時の場合には、前記効率(Ef)を
前記蓄電部が放電時の場合には、前記効率(Ef)を(数1)の逆数により求めるようにした請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記所定範囲(EminからEmax)は、前記入出力電圧(Vi)、入出力電流値(I)、および蓄電部電圧(Vc)に応じて求めるようにした請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電部と前記DC/DCコンバータが正常な状態において、前記入出力電圧(Vi)、入出力電流値(I)、および蓄電部電圧(Vc)を変えた時の前記効率(Ef)が取り得る範囲をあらかじめ求め、前記所定範囲(EminからEmax)として、それぞれ前記制御回路に記憶しておくようにした請求項3に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記制御回路に接続された温度センサを前記DC/DCコンバータに配した構成を有し、
前記制御回路は、前記入出力電圧(Vi)、入出力電流値(I)、蓄電部電圧(Vc)、および前記温度センサにより検出される温度(T)に応じて前記所定範囲(EminからEmax)を求めるようにした請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電部と前記DC/DCコンバータが正常な状態において、前記入出力電圧(Vi)、入出力電流値(I)、蓄電部電圧(Vc)、および温度(T)を変えた時の前記効率(Ef)が取り得る範囲をあらかじめ求め、前記所定範囲(EminからEmax)として、それぞれ前記制御回路に記憶しておくようにした請求項5に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記効率(Ef)が前記所定範囲(EminからEmax)に入っていた場合、前回に求めた前回効率(Efo)と前記効率(Ef)の差(Efo−Ef)の符号が前回と異なれば、少なくとも前記蓄電部、または前記DC/DCコンバータのいずれかが異常であると判断するようにした請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記制御回路に接続された蓄電部温度センサを前記蓄電部に配した構成を有し、
前記蓄電部電圧(Vc)が基準電圧時の前記蓄電部の寿命を1とした時に、前記基準電圧と異なる電圧が印加された時の前記蓄電部の寿命が前記基準電圧の印加時における寿命の何倍になるか、の逆数を求めた電圧劣化係数(K(Vc))、および前記蓄電部温度センサの出力である蓄電部温度(Tc)が基準温度時の前記蓄電部の寿命を1とした時に、前記基準温度と異なる温度環境下の前記蓄電部の寿命が前記基準温度時における寿命の何倍になるか、の逆数を求めた温度劣化係数(K(Tc))をあらかじめ前記制御回路に記憶しておき、
前記制御回路は、既定時間間隔(Δt)毎に前記蓄電部電圧(Vc)から現在の前記電圧劣化係数(K(Vc))を求めるとともに、前記蓄電部温度(Tc)から現在の前記温度劣化係数(K(Tc))を求め、
前記既定時間間隔(Δt)に現在の前記電圧劣化係数(K(Vc))と現在の前記温度劣化係数(K(Tc))を乗じた値を、前記蓄電部が電力を蓄えた積算時間(ts)に加算し、
あらかじめ求めて前記制御回路に記憶した、前記基準電圧および前記基準温度における前記積算時間(ts)と前記蓄電部の容量値(C)の相関関係から、前記積算時間(ts)より前記容量値(C)を求めるようにした請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記容量値(C)が劣化限界値(Cd)よりも小さくなれば、前記蓄電部が異常であると判断するとともに、
前記効率(Ef)を求め、前記効率(Ef)が前記所定範囲(EminからEmax)を超え、かつ前記蓄電部が正常であれば、前記DC/DCコンバータが異常であると判断するようにした請求項8に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記制御回路は、少なくとも前記蓄電部、または前記DC/DCコンバータのいずれかが異常であると判断すれば、異常信号を出力するようにした請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
