Claims (4)
- 樹脂の少なくとも一部を溶解又は膨潤させることで樹脂を含有する樹脂微粒子を軟化させる軟化剤を含有し、形成する画像の画像情報に基づいて媒体上に形成された樹脂微粒子に塗布する定着液をフォーム状形態に生成し、前記画像情報に基づいて生成した当該フォーム状の前記定着液の膜厚を制御して媒体上の樹脂微粒子に塗布して前記樹脂微粒子を媒体に定着することを特徴とする定着方法。
- 前記定着液にせん断力を加えてフォーム状の前記定着液を生成する請求項1記載の定着方法。
- 前記定着液と液化ガス又は圧縮性ガスを混合した状態で密封容器に封入し、前記定着液を前記密封容器から噴出してガス膨張により前記定着液に気泡を含有させてフォーム状の前記定着液を生成する請求項1記載の定着方法。
- 樹脂微粒子が色剤を含有したトナーで静電記録プロセスを行い媒体上に未定着トナー画像を形成し、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の定着方法にて前記未定着トナー画像を媒体に定着させ媒体に画像を形成することを特徴とする画像形成方法。
