Abstract
【解決手段】 バレル1と、バレル1内を液密に摺動自在な基端ガスケット4と、バレル1内を液密に摺動自在な先端ガスケット8と、バレル1の先端に設けられたノズル部2とを備えるプレフィルドシリンジであって、ノズル部2は、先端ガスケット8を収容可能な先端ガスケット収容部23と、先端ガスケット収容部23に先端ガスケット23を収容した際に薬液が通過可能な内周壁に軸方向に延びる通液路63を含むとともに、通液路63の先端の断面積は、基端の断面積よりも小さいプレフィルドシリンジ。

Description
(1)先端及び基端が開口したバレルと、該バレル内の基端側に位置し前記バレル内を液密に摺動自在な基端ガスケットと、前記バレル内の先端側に位置し前記バレル内を液密に摺動自在な先端ガスケットと、前記バレルの先端に設けられたノズル部とを備えるプレフィルドシリンジであって、前記ノズル部は、先端ガスケットを収容可能な先端ガスケット収容部と、該先端ガスケット収容部に前記先端ガスケットを収容した際に薬液が通過可能な内周壁に軸方向に延びる通液路を含むとともに、該通液路の先端の断面積は、基端の断面積よりも小さいことを特徴とするプレフィルドシリンジ;
(2)前記バレル内の先端ガスケットと前記基端ガスケットの間に位置し、前記バレル内を前室及び後室に液密に区画する中間ガスケットと、前記バレルの該中間ガスケットと先端ガスケットの間には径方向外側に膨出するバイパスが形成されている、(1)に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ;
(3)通液路の断面積は、基端から先端に向かい漸次小さくなることを特徴とする前記(1)または(2)に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ;
(4)前記先端ガスケットの後端面の外周縁には、半径方向内方へ凹む凹状部が少なくとも一つ以上設けられている前記(1)〜(3)に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ;
(5)前記中間ガスケットは、前記バレルの内壁と接触し前記前室と後室を液密に区画する環状のシール部と、前記バイパスと協同して前記前室と前記後室とを連通する外壁に形成された螺旋状の溝であるバイパス連通路を含んでなる前記(2)〜(4)に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ。
図1〜図4は本発明の実施例1である2室式のプレフィルドシリンジを示す図である。図1はその横断面図であり、図2〜4は実施例1のプレフィルドシリンジの使用状況を説明する縦断面図である。図2は溶解調製する前の状態、および先端、中間ガスケットの位置を示す図であり、図3は溶解調製のためにプレフィルドシリンジを振とうしている状態、および先端、中間ガスケットの動作位置を示す図であり、図4は注射の準備として前室内の気泡を排出している状態、および先端、中間ガスケットの動作位置を示す図である。
図5は本発明の実施例2である1室式のプレフィルドシリンジを示す横断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 先端及び基端が開口したバレルと、該バレル内の基端側に位置し前記バレル内を液密に摺動自在な基端ガスケットと、前記バレル内の先端側に位置し前記バレル内を液密に摺動自在な先端ガスケットと、前記バレルの先端に設けられたノズル部とを備えるプレフィルドシリンジであって、前記ノズル部は、先端ガスケットを収容可能な先端ガスケット収容部と、該先端ガスケット収容部に前記先端ガスケットを収容した際に薬液が通過可能な内周壁に軸方向に延びる通液路を含むとともに、該通液路の先端の断面積は、基端の断面積よりも小さいことを特徴とするプレフィルドシリンジ。
- 前記バレル内の先端ガスケットと前記基端ガスケットの間に位置し、前記バレル内を前室及び後室に液密に区画する中間ガスケットと、前記バレルの該中間ガスケットと先端ガスケットの間には径方向外側に膨出するバイパスが形成されている、請求項1に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ。
- 通液路の断面積は、基端から先端に向かい漸次小さくなることを特徴とする請求項1〜2に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ。
- 前記先端ガスケットの後端面の外周縁には、半径方向内方へ凹む凹状部が少なくとも一つ以上設けられている請求項1〜3に記載のプレフィルドシリンジ。
