- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(i)3以下のMw/Mnを有するエチレンのホモポリマー又は、エチレンと 50重量%以下のC3乃至C20オレフィンとの、50%以上のCDBIを有す るコポリマー、 (ii)プロピレンのホモポリマー、又はプロピレンと50重量%以下のコモノマー とのコポリマー、及び (iii)遊離基開始剤を用いて高圧重合法で製造されるポリマー を含むブレンドを含むフィルム。 2.エチレンのコポリマーがエチレンとプロピレン、ブテン、ヘキセン及び/又 はオクテンとのコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 3.エチレンのコポリマーが、65乃至85%のCDBI、0.915g/cm3乃至 0.96g/cm3の密度及び1乃至2.5のMw/Mnを有する、請求項2に記載のフ ィルム。 4.エチレンのコポリマーが、80乃至99%のCDBI及び0.88g/cm3乃至 0.925g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項2に記載のフィルム。 5.フィルムが、5%以下の曇り度を特徴とする、請求項3又は請求項4に記載 のフィルム。 6.遊離基開始剤を用いて高圧法で製造されるポリマーが低密度ポリエチレン又 はエチレン-酢酸ビニルである、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 7.ポリエチレン成分がエチレンのホモポリマーか又はエチレンと他のポリオレ フィンとのコポリマーのブレンドを含み、及び/又は ポリプロピレン成分がホモポリマーか又はプロピレンと他のポリオレフィンと のコポリマーのブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 8.50μmの厚さに形成された場合、フィルムは350MPaより大きい平均割線 モジュラス及び5g/μより大きな落槍衝撃強さを有することを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載のフィルム。 9.フィルムがシールされる、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 10.非表層が、請求項1に記載のフィルムを含む、多層フィルム。 11.少なくとも1つの表層が請求項1に記載のフィルムを含む、多層フィルム。 12.フィルムが延伸されている、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 13.フィルムが同時押出される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 14.フィルムがキャスト、吹込み又は同時押出しされ、ブレンドの重量に基づい て、ポリエチレンが50乃至80重量%存在し、ポリプロピレンが10乃至45重量% 存在し、遊離基開始剤を用いて高圧法で製造されたポリマーがLDPEであり 、2乃至10重量%存在する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 15.フィルムが支持体に積層される、請求項1又は請求項15に記載のフィルム。 16.支持体がポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリエチレン又は金 属が被覆された支持体である、請求項15に記載のフィルム。 17.i)ホモポリエチレン又は、エチレンと50重量%以下のC3乃至C20オレフィ ンとのコポリマーを含み、50%以上のCDBIを有する第一のポリマーを 選択すること、 ii)ホモポリプロピレン又は、プロピレンと50重量%以下のエチレン又はC4 乃至C20オレフィンとのコポリマーを含む第二のポリマーを選択すること、 iii)遊離基開始剤を用いて高圧法で製造される1つ以上のポリマーを含む第三 のポリマーを選択すること、及び iv)第一、第二及び第三のポリマーを結合し、フィルムに形成すること を含む、良好な曇り度値を特徴とするフィルムを製造する方法。 18.i)ホモポリエチレン又は、エチレンと50重量%以下のC3乃至C20オレフィ ンとのコポリマーを含み、50%以上のCDBIを有する第一のポリマーを 選択すること、 ii)ホモポリプロピレン又は、プロピレンと50重量%以下のエチレン又はC4 乃至C20オレフィンとのコポリマーを含む第二のポリマーを選択すること、 iii)コア層用の任意のポリマーを選択すること、 iv)第一のポリマーと第二のポリマーとを第一のポリマーがフィルム表層のす べて又は一部を形成し、第二のポリマーがフィルム表層のすべて又は一部を 形成するように第一のポリマーと第二のポリマーとを組み合わせ、コア層用 の任意のポリマーが存在する場合、そのポリマーは第一の表層と第二の表層 の間にフィルム層に形成されること、 v)物品をフィルムの中に包封すること、及び vi)第一の表層を第二の表層にヒートシールすることにより少なくとも1つの シールが形成されるようにその包封された物品をヒートシールすること を含む、物品を包装する方法。
