Abstract

Viene proposto un dispositivo di avviamento per motori endotermici con un motorino di avviamento (11) ed un giunto (20) a scatto libero nel tratto di trasmissione motrice (100) del dispositivo di avviamento (10), in cui per smorzare variazioni di coppia nella forma di colpi, specialmente nel corso della chiusura del giunto (20) a scatto libero, è previsto un accumulatore (28) a molla nel tratto di trasmissione motrice (100). Per un efficace ammortizzamento a riduzione degli urti è essenziale che l'accumulatore (28) a molla presenti una coppia di precarica pari al 15 fino al 50% della coppia di cortocircuito del motorino di avviamento (10), e che il rapporto fra la rigidezza di rotazione relativa dell'accumulatore lineare (28) a molla e la rigidezza di rotazione relativa del tratto di trasmissione motrice (100) senza accumulatore (28) a molla e con riferimento alla coppia di cortocircuito formi un fattore F ? 4 (figura 1).
