Abstract
A találmány tárgyát (S)-1-aril-etanol előállítására szolgáló újsztereoszelektív eljárás képezi, amelyben a ketocsoportot tartalmazómegfelelő vegyületeket oxidoreduktáz enzimmel rendelkezőmikroorganizmusok vagy ilyen mikroorganizmusokból izoláltoxidoreduktáz enzim segítségével redukálják. Az (S)-1-aril-etanolokintermedierként használhatók az Alzheimer-kór kezelésére alkalmas g-szekretáz inhibitor vegyületek szintézisében. A találmány szerintimikroorganizmus lehet vad típus vagy rekombináns szervezet és ennekmegfelelően az enzim - amely egy ketoreduktáz - lehet természetbenelőforduló vagy heterológ fehérje. A találmány szerinti ketoreduktázenzimet szolgáltató mikroorganizmus előnyösen Pichia species, aheterológ enzimfehérjét rekombináns E. coli-val termeltetik. Ó
