Abstract

A találmány tárgya szájüregben gyorsan széteső tabletta, amely egygyógyszernyersanyagot, egy cukrot és egy amorf cukrot tartalmazóelegyet tartalmaz, és amely a tabletta formázása után van nedvesítveés szárítva. Az amorf cukrot előnyösen úgy nyerik, hogy egy amorfátalakulásra képes kristályos cukrot gyógyászatilag elfogadhatóoldószerben oldanak, majd az oldatból az oldószert eltávolítják. Atalálmány szerinti tabletta nedvesség elleni stabilitással rendelkeziktárolás során, mivel a nedvesítési és szárítási lépésben az amorfcukor irreverzibilisen kristályos formába alakul át. A találmányszerinti tabletta további előnye, hogy abban a gyógyszernyersanyagstabilitása is tervezhető, mivel egyetlen fajta cukorral iselőállítható. További előnye a találmány szerinti tablettának, hogyszokásos granuláló és tablettázógépekkel előállítható. Ó
