Abstract
The invention relates to the linkage of the running gear 2 and 3 and the frame 1 of a railway vehicle with wheel sets clamped securely via axle bearings in a running gear frame 4 and 5, the frame 1 being linked to the running gear frame 4 and 5 via leaf carrying springs 6 and open link suspension 7 without a bogie pin and a frictional rotation restrictor 8 being arranged between the running gear frames 4 and 5 and frame 1. The object of the invention consists in designing the link between the running gear 2 and 3 and frame 1 in such a way that, even when the axle is partially or completely relieved of load or the axle suspension loads, the leaf carrying springs 6 of the running gear 2 and 3 and thus the suspension of the open links 7 are stressed to such an extent that a sufficient restoring effect and a sufficiently large rotational restriction of the running gear 2 and 3 are maintained. This object is achieved in that, between running gear frames 4 and 5 and frame 1, a spring 10 is arranged which clamps said frames to one another and is acted upon inversely proportional to the stress of the leaf carrying springs 6 of the running gear 2 and 3. <IMAGE>
