Claims (11)
1. Uređaj za smanjenje ugljikovog monoksida, ugljikovodika, dušikovih oksida i čestica čađe u ispušnim plinovima dizelskog motora, koji sadrži cjevovod ispušnih plinova (10) i kao njegov sastavni dio u kombinaciji i u smjeru protoka ispušnih plinova u sljedećem redoslijedu:
1. katalizator za oksidaciju dizela (20) za oksidaciju ugljikovog monoksida, ugljikovodika i dušikovog monoksida;
2. prvi uređaj za dodavanje amonijaka (30) i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste;
3. katalitički aktivirani filtar za čestice (40) koji sadrži filtarski supstrat za strujanje uz stijenku koji sadrži katalitički aktivni materijal koji potiče selektivnu katalitičku redukciju dušikovih oksida u dušik;
4. drugi uređaj za dodavanje amonijaka (30') i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste; i
5. katalizator (50) za selektivnu katalitičku redukciju dušikovih oksida u dušik,
naznačen time što je prvi senzor za određivanje sadržaja dušikovog oksida u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste postavljen uzvodno ili nizvodno od katalizatora oksidacije dizela (20) u smjeru strujanja ispušnih plinova, dok je drugi senzor za određivanje sadržaja dušikovog oksida u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste smješten između katalitički aktiviranog filtra za čestice 40) i drugog uređaja za dodavanje amonijaka (30') i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je katalitički aktivni materijal prisutan u katalitički aktiviranom filtru za čestice (40) katalitički aktivan premaz koji potiče selektivnu katalitičku redukciju dušikovih oksida u dušik.
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što filtarski supstrat za strujanje uz stijenku (1) ima dovodne kanale (4) koji su hermetički zabrtvljeni na odvodnoj strani i odvodne kanale koji su hermetički zabrtvljeni na dovodnoj strani i poroznu stijenku koja prostorno međusobno odvaja dovodne i odvodne kanale i propusna je za ispušne plinove koji se čiste i sadrži katalitički aktivan premaz za selektivnu katalitičku redukciju dušikovih oksida u dušik.
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što filtarski supstrat za strujanje uz stijenku (1) ima dovodne kanale hermetički zabrtvljene na odvodnoj strani i odvodne kanale hermetički zatvorene na dovodnoj strani i poroznu stijenku koja prostorno međusobno odvaja dovodne i odvodne kanale i propusna je za ispušne plinove koji se čiste, te pri čemu je katalitički aktivan premaz za selektivnu katalitičku redukciju dušikovih oksida u dušik nanesen u odvodne kanale na poroznoj stijenci.
5. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što, je u smjeru strujanja ispušnih plinova, nizvodno od SCR katalizatora (50) postavljen treći senzor za određivanje sadržaja dušikovog oksida u ispušnim plinovima
6. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 5, naznačen time što je oksidacijski katalizator koji potiče oksidaciju amonijaka postavljen na strani odvoda u odnosu na katalitički aktivirani filter za čestice (40) i na strani dotoka u odnosu na drugi senzor za određivanje sadržaja dušika u ispušnim plinovima koje se čiste.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je katalizator za oksidaciju amonijaka postavljen na strani odvoda u odnosu na katalizator za selektivnu katalitičku redukciju dušikovih oksida.
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što katalitički aktivirani filtar za čestice nadalje sadrži najmanje jedan katalitički aktivan premaz koji potiče oksidaciju ugljikovog monoksida i ugljikovodika u ugljikov dioksid i oksidaciju dušikovog monoksida u dušikov dioksid.
9. Postupak za smanjenje ugljikovog monoksida, ugljikovodika, dušikovih oksida i čestica čađe u ispušnim plinovima dizelskog motora, koji obuhvaća:
1. propuštanje ispušnih plinova dizelskog motora za čišćenje kroz katalizator za oksidaciju dizela, pri čemu se ugljikov monoksid i ugljikovodici najmanje djelomično oksidiraju u ugljikov dioksid, a dušikov monoksid najmanje djelomično oksidira u dušikov dioksid;
2. prvo dodavanje amonijaka (30) i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste na izlaznoj strani u odnosu na katalizator za oksidaciju dizela;
3. nakon prvog dodavanja amonijaka i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak, propuštanje ispušnih plinova za čišćenje kroz katalitički aktivirani aktivirani filtar za čestice (40), pri čemu se čestice čađe talože u filtru čestica i najmanje djelomično oksidiraju u ugljikov monoksid i/ili ugljikov dioksid s dušikovim dioksidom prisutnim u ispušnom plinu i pri čemu se dušikovi oksidi koji su prisutni u ispušnom plinu koji se čisti i/ili nastali kao nusprodukt pri oksidaciji čađe najmanje djelomično reduciraju u dušik s amonijakom;
4. drugo dodavanje amonijaka (30') i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste na izlaznoj strani u odnosu na filter za čestice; i
5. nakon drugog dodavanja amonijaka i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak, propuštanje ispušnih plinova za čišćenje kroz katalizator (50) radi selektivne katalitičke redukcije dušikovih oksida, pri čemu se dušikov monoksid i dušikov dioksid najmanje djelomično reduciraju u dušik s amonijakom,
naznačen time što je prvi senzor za određivanje sadržaja dušikovog oksida u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste postavljen uzvodno ili nizvodno od katalizatora oksidacije dizela katalizator (20) u smjeru strujanja ispušnih plinova, dok je drugi senzor za određivanje sadržaja dušikovog oksida u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste smješten između katalitički aktiviranog filtra za čestice (40) i drugog uređaja za dodavanje amonijaka (30') i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste.
10. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što se prvo dodavanje amonijaka i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste provodi tako da je količina dodanog/nastalog amonijaka iz spoja veća od količine amonijaka potrebne za redukciju dušikovih oksida prisutnih u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste, u dušik prema odgovarajućoj stehiometriji reakcije.
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što se prvo dodavanje amonijaka i/ili spoja razgradljivog na amonijak u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste provodi tako da je količina dodanog/nastalog amonijaka iz spoja manja od količine amonijaka potrebne za redukciju dušikovih oksida prisutnih u ispušnim plinovima koji se čiste, u dušik prema odgovarajućoj stehiometriji reakcije.
