Claims (15)
1. Odmjerna naprava (1), koju se može aktivirati djelovanjem usisnog protoka zraka od strane korisnika i namijenjena je za inhaliranje praškaste tvari (2), osobito medicinskog tipa, koja se nalazi u spremišnoj komori (15) i može se izvući iz te komore preko odmjerne komore (40) odmjernog štapa (33) u pripremni položaj za pražnjenje (B), u kojem položaju odmjernu komoru (40) zatvara klip (54), gdje se navedeni klip može izmaknuti u smjeru usnika (6), djelovanjem usisnog protoka zraka od strane korisnika, u otpusni položaj za pražnjenje, naznačena time što klip (54), koji ima diskoliku konfiguraciju u gornjem području, te ima jezičce (77), koji se pružaju od donje strane diska, zatvara odmjernu komoru (40), ili više odmjernih komora, u pripremnom položaju za pražnjenje, a odmjerna komora (40) se otpušta/otvara kada se klip izmješta djelovanjem usisnog protoka zraka od strane korisnika.
2. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što, u svom gornjem položaju, gornji kraj klipa (54) zahvaća prednjicu prstenaste stijenka (80), koja pripada prstenastoj komori (63), gdje prstenasta komora (63) ima rubno smještena zakrilca (65, 66) između kojih su međuprostori (67), te što se iznad stropnice (64) prstenaste komore (63) nalazi nagnuta otklonska stijenka (51).
3. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačena time što dio zakrilaca (65) ima širu konfiguraciju u obodnom smjeru, kako bi se dobilo zakrilce otklonske stijenke (73) za usisni protok zraka.
4. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačena time što je glava za bravljenje (45) odmjernog štapa (33) u najmanju ruku djelomično uvučena u gornju udubinu klipa (54), gdje je klip u obliku diska.
5. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačena time što se, na strani bočne stijenke unutarnjeg cilindra (53), što se pomiče djelovanjem zatvarača (7), nalazi aksijalni kanal (62), koji se pruža od strane za pražnjenje odmjerne komore (40), a završava u prstenastoj komori (63), dodano je zakrilce otklonske stijenke (73) kako bi se skrenulo aksijalno usmjereni protok zraka u obodnu ravninu.
6. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što su, po svom slobodnom donjem rubu, jezičci (77) rascijepljeni poput usana kako bi se omogućilo pritezanje, te što jezičci (77) imaju površine za brtvljenje (78) s ojačanim materijalom.
7. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što uz odmjernu komoru (40), u zatvorenom pripremnom položaju za pražnjenje, kanal (60) ide u smjeru jednog od jezičaca (77), osobito kako bi se omogućila vizualna provjera.
8. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što dva protoka zraka (a, b), od kojih jedan otvara pripremni položaj za pražnjenje (B) odmjerne komore (40), a drugi ide izravno u prstenastu komoru (63), koja se nalazi uzvodno od usnika (6), te gdje se sreću oba protoka zraka.
9. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačena time što se rešetkasta površina na ulazu za zrak na vanjskom cilindru (4) nalazi na strani odmjernog štapa (33), koja se nalazi nasuprot smjera pražnjenja odmjerne komore (40), te se što protočni kanal (60) koji ide u smjeru odmjerne komore (40) nalazi ispod rešetkaste površine na ulazu za zrak, u ravnini položaja koji zauzima odmjerna komora (40) u pripremnom položaju za pražnjenje (B).
10. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačena time što je unutrašnjost unutarnjeg cilindra (53) u potpunosti dostupna za slobodnu raspodjelu zraka usisanog kroz rešetkastu površinu na ulazu za zrak, i protočno je povezana s prstenastom komorom (63).
11. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačena time što bočna stijenka vanjskog cilindara (4) ima najmanje jedan otvor za ulaženje zraka (72), po mogućnosti dva radijalno nasuprotna otvora za ulaženje zraka (72), gdje su otvori za ulaženje zraka (72) otvoreni prema van na tangencijalno izravni način u prstenastu komoru (63), a zajednički smjer protoka je predviđen ranije.
12. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što ima indikator (39), u području stijenke spremišne komore, koji prikazuje stvarnu razinu napunjenosti.
13. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što se pomicanje prema gore klipa odmjerne komore (16) zaustavi.
14. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što se odmjerni štap (33) zabravi na razdvojivi način u svom gornjem položaju.
15. Odmjerna naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što se radijalna spojnica odmjernog štapa (33) pomiče iza nastavaka za zabravljivanje (79), formiranih na stropnici (64).
