A curtain comprises longitudinal strips formed integrally with a transverse band at one end from a flexible plastics sheet by slitting the sheet along laterally spaced lines from one end to near the other end. Two such curtains may be disposed face to face with bands secured to form a composite band. The band or composite band may be hemmed and/or secured to a curtain tape. The curtains and/or curtain tape may be of thermoplastic material, the seams of the hems and their join with the tape being heat-bonded.
