861,241. Bolts. ALLMANNA SVENSKA ELEKTRISKA A.B. March 3, 1959 [March 5, 1958], No. 7286/59. Class 89(1). An electrically-insulating-bolt comprises a rod 7 of resin-bonded glass-fibres With a socket 9 secured to one-end. The socket includes an externally-screwed-sleeve 1 with a conical-bore, which sleeve is screwed into a sleeve 2 causing a wedge 3, which may be barbed, to penetrate the rod axially and spread the rod-end. Sleeve 2 is partly filled, before inserting sleeve 1, with a selfcuring liquid filling-material, e.g. an epoxyresin 4.
