841,180. Mounting terminals capacitor casings. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES Ltd. Feb. 21, 1958 [Feb. 27, 1957], No. 5714/58. Classes 37 and 38(1). The end of a container 1, e.g. for a roll-type capacitor is sealed by turning said end over a cover comprising a cup-shaped, resilient member 2 containing a rigid insulating washer 4 retained in the cup by a hollow rivet 7 passing through a central, flanged aperture in the cup and adapted to have a lead-wire 8 soldered therein. The cover is located in the end of the container by a rib 5.
