Class 103(5) A semi-trailer 4 is connected to a tractor 1 by means of a tow bar 3 and by means of an intermediate bearer 8 which has a pivotal connection 7 with the main bearer 6. The rear end of the intermediate bearer 8 is guided by an arcuate rail 12 and side guides 11 engaging the bearer 8 constrain the trailer to move around the vertical axis through the pivot 7 and the joint 2.
