821,070. Pill &c. dispensers ; container closures. AUFFRET, J., and ETABLISSEMENTS BOHIN. Oct. 26, 1956, No. 32668/56. Classes 18 and 125(3). [Also in Group XXX] A dispensing device for small objects such as pills comprises an elastically deformable container, one end wall of which has an aperture capable of being widened when the neighbouring portion is squeezed ; adjacent to this wall is a contents receptacle with a lateral opening. In one embodiment, a container G has a cylindrical deformable extension A terminating in a wall B, there being an integral ladle I to receive dispensed objects. In the wall B are a hole D and a slit E, through which the pills are dispensed when it is opened by applying pressure to the sides near the wall B, see Fig. 6. In another form, Figs. 7-10 (not shown), the container is telescopic. Yet another embodiment, Figs. 11-15 (not shown), is also telescopic and has means for dispensing the pills one at a time into the ladle. Further embodiments are in the form of a bottle closure and dispenser, and an automatic dispenser operated simply by movement of a tubular cover.
