Abstract
811,180. Raising liquids by heating in pipes. JET-HEET, Inc. July 13, 1956, No. 21700/56. Class 102(2). In a pump in which liquid is vaporised in a chamber 10 and condensed in a chamber 22 the latter is cooled by a heat exchanger through which the liquid being drawn into the pump passes. The heat exchanger may comprise as shown a jacket 28 or a pipe passing through the condenser.
