Abstract

745,459. Cyclists' trouser-clips. WORTHINGTON, C. A. July 27, 1954 [July 29, 1953], No. 21063/53. Class 141. [Also in Group XXV] A cyclist's trouser-protector comprises a shield of substantially rigid sheet material shaped to overlie and protect part of the trouser leg from contact with adjacent cycle parts, and clip means, either permanently or detachably secured to the shield, for securing the shield to the trouser leg. The shield 1, Fig 3, is detachably connected to a conventional trouser clip 4 which is threaded through loops 5 joggled out of clips 6. Alternatively, the trouser clip may be threaded through pairs of parallel slots or eyeletted apertures in similar positions in the shield to those of the clips 6.
