743,217. Mounting electrical equipment. SPERRY GYROSCOPE CO., Ltd. April 28, 1954 [May 5, 1953], No. 12483/53. Class 40 (4). An electrical unit 10 withdrawably mounted on a rack 16 has an electric coupling plug 20 at its rear for coacting with a socket 21 and a captive screw 23 engaging a screwed hole in the rack for controlling the insertion or withdrawal of that rack over that portion of the movement wherein the plug and socket are engaged. A guide pin 19 engages a socket 18 in a plate 22 to locate the unit before the plug 20 enters its socket, and the captive screw, which has no longitudinal movement, is held in a flange 12 by a pinned collar 17. A pair of symmetrically arranged screws may be used.
