Abstract

731,975. Typewriters. RHEINMETALL. AKT.-GES. Jan. 26, 1953 [May 16, 1952], No. 2265/53. Class 100 (4). Type-actions.-A type-action for a typewriter, accounting or like machine includes an intermediate lever 15 which is guided in slots 20 in a comb-like sector 18, the slots 20 being arranged to form radii of a circle. The ends of the levers 15 are bent into planes parallel to each other and at right angles to the axis of the platen. Each key-lever 1 is mounted on parallel links 2, 3 pivoted on rods 4, 5 and, by an extension 12 and short link 13, is connected to its corresponding intermediate lever 15.
