Class 20 (3) A window comprises a fixed frame D secured to a wall &c. a counter-frame C pivotally mounted about a first pair of pivots centrally arranged with respect to frame D, a sash A mounted on a second pair of pivots F centrally arranged with respect to the sash and at right angles to the first pair, and latches M for securing the sash to the counter-frame and the counter-frame to the fixed frame.
