Abstract

686,923. Windscreen cleaners. O'SHEI, W. E. Nov. 12, 1951 [Sept. 7, 1950], No. 22073/50. Class 138 (i). [Also in Group XXIX] A spray nozzle has a stem 2 to which a liquid supply pipe is connected, and is fixed to a vehicle body in front of and at the base of the windscreen, and directs two streams of liquid on to the two halves of the windscreen from diametrical holes 6 in balls 5. The balls, which are adjustable to direct the liquid streams in the desired directions, together with rubber gaskets 7 and washers 8, are secured within cavities 3a and 3b.
