675,846. Lifting-jacks. STACEY, F. G. Jan. 16, 1951. No. 1174/51. Class 78 (iii). A jack for supporting one end of a two wheel trailer comprises a channel section leg 6, pivoted to the trailer 1 at 4 and carrying a runner 7 at its lower end, and a screw 9 engaging a nut 10 which is non detachably trunnion mounted on the trailer, said screw having its lower end pivoted to the leg at 8 and being so arranged that when the leg is fully lowered it is vertical and so acts as an upright strut.
