638,844. Trestles. SPEIGHT, W. H. July 16, 1948, No. 19163. [Class 52 (iii)] In a trestle of the kind comprising a pair of spaced uprights A joined by transverse bars and each provided with shoes, the tubular spaced uprights receiving the usual depending rods D of the plank-supporting bar E the shoes C of usual triangular type are mounted on tubular sleeves H adapted to be clamped to the uprights A so that when in their inoperative position the shoes C may be placed parallel with the transverse bars B to facilitate transport.
