572,685. Service conduits in structures. WILSON, R. A. Nov. 2, 1943, No. 18118. [Class 20 (ii)] [Also in Group XXVIII] A preformed channel member 10 is built into a wall during erection thereof to receive pipes 15 which are secured to cradles 14 by bolts and bridge-pieces 16, a cover plate 12 being secured flush with the plaster, to which the channel is keyed at 21, by screws 13 screwing into the flange of the channel. Lugs 18 may be provided for keying the channel to the wall.
