537,866. Alloys. MALLORY METALLURGICAL PRODUCTS; Ltd. Jan. 5, 1940, No. 326. Convention date, Feb. 24, 1939. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, July 6, 1940.] [Class 82 (i)] An alloy for electric contacts consists of silver, nickel, and tungsten, or of silver, nickel, tungsten, and molybdenum, with or without tin, zinc, cadmium, copper, manganese, and silicon as minor constituents. The silver content is preferably at least 60 per cent. and the nickel may be 10-40 per cent..and the tungsten or tungsten and molybdenum 1-40 per cent. Specification 537,865 is referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also the subject-matter of of Specification 537,865. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
