[A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, May 18, 1937.] [Class 26] [Also in Group XVII] The cover b of a sheet-metal garbage container is provided with a depending flange d which dips into liquid contained in an annular gutter c affording a gas-tight seal, the attachment portion h of the gutter being supported by a corrugation g on the container, the entire body portion of which may, as shown, be strengthened by corrugating. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes also the container shown in Fig. 1 (Cancelled). This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
