Abstract

512,681. Reservoir &c. brushes &c. BINON, G. March 8, 1938, No. 7227. Convention date, March 8, 1937. [Class 19] [Also in Groups XVII and XV] A tube, bottle &c. 1 for distributing ink &c. composed of rigid material and provided with a capillary discharge opening in the cap 15 has an inner liner 12 of rubber or other flexible material cemented at points 13 to the inner walls of the tube so that the ink upon its discharge will cause the uncemented parts of the flexible liner to draw inward thus assisting delivery of the ink. The upper part of the liner is secured between the tube 1 and a flange 14 on the cap 15. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also a tilting ink tube support Fig 6 (Cancelled), formed on a curved metal &c. sheet 6 gapped at 8 to receive the neck of the tube 9 and also a support 4, Fig. 7 (Cancelled), with a space 5 in which the neck of the tube can rest. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
