[Class 97 (ii)] A graduated disc 4 is rotatably mounted on the top of the casing 1 containing the needle 2, an index line is defined by a central mark 7 on the disc 4 and one or more marks 5 or the top of the casing 1 adjacent the graduations on the disc 4 and a mirror 9 preferably or the hinged lid 8 is provided with an aiming line 10. In a modification, a non - pivoted mirror which may be fixed in different positions relatively to the casing 1 is provided.
