490,802. Paper cutting machines. BIAGOSCH, K., BIAGOSCH, C., and BIAGOSCH, H., (trading as KRAUSE MASCHINENFABRIK, K.). Sept. 30, 1937, No. 26506. Convention date, Sept. 30, 1936. [Class 31 (i)] The position of the ad justable abutment is indi cated on two scales cali brated in large and small units respectively, e.g. feel and inches and fractions of an inch. In the form shown the steel tape 3 secured tc the abutment 1 passes over pulleys 4, 5 the latter of which is fitted with a scale 10 and drives the spindle of a dial 7. The readings are shown by pointers 8, 9. The readings may be on concentric scales and the indicators may be vertical and driven through bevel gearing.
