Addition to 416,373. [Class 100 (ii)] The process of printing, stencilling, and otherwise treating sheet material described in the parent Specification is carried out without the application of moisture to the waterproof surfaces of the sheet and its support. The material to be printed is attached to a flexible backing of rubber or other substantially airproof material, and during the printing &c. process this is pressed against an airproof support which may be a glass support, or the support may be a travelling conveyer coated with an airproof substance. The support is attached temporarily to the backing by suction due to the pressing of the two surfaces together by the printing pressure which may be caused by a travelling squeegee.
