407,654. Liquid - fuel injectors. SULZER FRERES SOC. ANON., Winterthur, Switzerland. Jan. 22, 1934, No. 2169. Convention date, Feb. 25, 1933. [Class 7 (iii).] A nozzle b is secured by a screwed plug g and a sleeve nut a<1> in a casing a through which cooling water is circulated. Fuel which may leak through the joint h between the abutting ends of the nozzle band the plug g enters an annular chamber m and is discharged through a conduit n into a passage o surrounding the valve-operating rod l. Thus the leakage is prevented from entering the cooling-water circuit.
