Abstract

299,635. Richardsons, Westgarth, & Co., Ltd., and Burn, W. S. Dec. 19, 1927. Cylinders receiving liquid fuel.-The fuel injector 1 is surrounded by an insulating sleeve 4 and is situated in a pocket 6 formed by an apron 7 extending nearly to the bottom of the water cooling chamber formed in the cylinder head 2, the water passing along the length of the sleeve 4 to the outlet.8. The sleeve 4 may be provided with fins 4*.
