398,345. Folding chairs. CAREY, S. P., 72, Weston Road, St. Albans, Christchurch, New Zealand. Sept. 12, 1932, No. 25334. [Class 52 (ii).] A folding X-frame chair comprises back-rest supports 4, hinged at 5 and held in upright position by the weight of the occupant upon the seat 6 which extends between cross-bars 7, 8. The arm-rests 11 may be carried by the members 4, 12, the latter pivoted at 13 and having means 14 for engaging pins 16 on the legs 1.
