Abstract

Copper alloys contain 80-85 per cent of copper, 1-2,5 per cent of aluminium, 1-2,5 per cent of nickel, and the remainder mainly zinc. The alloys may be annealed for one hour at 750 DEG C. for relief of internal stresses, and this may be followed by annealing at 650 DEG C.
