Mattresses. - A spring mattress comprises helical springs C, carried at their lower ends by supports B, their upper coils being connected together and to the surrounding framework A, by lengths G of extensible material, such as coiled wire, arranged as shown in the drawing. Links H, springs I, or the equivalent are also provided around the edges, and links G<1> may be provided at the crossings of the wires G.
