291,738. Schonberger, M. June 7, 1927, [Convention date]. Pedestal stands. - A display stand comprises a central screw threaded rod b provided with a base a and a number of tubular distance pieces d, internally screw threaded so that supporting arms &c. c may be clamped between them. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states that the tube pieces need ' not all be screwed, it being sufficient if a few only, or the cap member only, be so formed. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
