Pedestal and like stands.-The telescopic joints of a multiple tubular extensible frame stand are simultaneously locked or released by adjustment of a single screw disposed transversely of the frame. The Figures show a triple frame wherein the sliding rods b are clamped by adjustment of the screw f which bears on one rod b and carries a nut i which forces pins h into contact with the other rods b. A bracliet d carries the screw and pins and connects the tubular rods a in which the rods b are telescopically mounted.
