Abstract

289,537. Peter, B. H., and Westing- house Brake & Saxby Signal Co., Ltd. Jan. 28, 1927. Electrical systems, automatic.-In a system in which alternating current is supplied to the track rails, only one of which is divided into insulated sections, a direct current relay 14 is energized through a rectifying device 9 from a transformer 6 having a condenser 7 in the circuit from the track rails. A condenser 4 is also used in the supply circuit. The condensers 4, 7 prevent the traction current from entering the transformers.
