Abstract
235,204. Fiachetti, M.' June 4, 1924, [Convention date]. Electromagnetic switches; induction relays. - An induction relay, Fig. 2, which is not affected by current of a particular frequency, but is actuated by currents of all other frequencies, has two mutually opposing windings 4, 5 tending to rotate a disc 2' in opposite directions and arranged in parallel circuits which contain respectively a capacity and inductance and a resistance. For alternating current of a particular frequency the impedances of these two circuits are equal and their effects therefore cancel each other. Specification 20869/09 is referred to. The Specification, as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a relay, Fig. 1, having one core on which both windings 4, 5 are wound, the relay being actuated either by direct current or by alternating current of any frequency excepting the particular frequency. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
