Motor or power units.-In a power transmitting machine, a small gas engine or motor 12 drives two shafts 14 carrying sprocket-wheels 17 adapted to engage toothed flanges 10 on wheels 8. The latter are fixed on a shaft 7 which is loosely mounted on flanges 6 carried by wheels 5. The wheels 5 are fixed on a shaft 4 carrying a pulley-wheel 18 and supported by standards 2.
