Abstract
196,104. Milne, R., and Royston Soaps, Ltd. Jan. 23, 1922. Letter-paper.-A sheet of letter or like paper is provided with one or more attached or integral receptacles to receive samples of goods which are displayed through transparent panels on one or both sides of the receptacles. A receptacle for attachment, shown unfolded in Fig. 6, comprises a body portion e and flap g provided with apertures h, f covered by transparent panels c, d<1>, and has gummed sealing-strips j, k to hold the flap g when it is folded about the line i to form the receptacle. The receptacle b is attached to the lettersheet a, Fig 3, also provided with an aperture d, by applying adhesive around the margin of the flap g, and when the sample has been introduced the receptacle may be sealed by securing the top flap n to the letter-sheet. In a modification, a piece of transparent material is secured along three edges to the front of a sheet of letter-paper, the fourth edge being left for sealing the receptacle so formed; or a portion or the whole of the letter-paper may be transparent, with a piece of opaque or transparent material secured to the adapted to be bent up for use.
