Abstract
468,195. Envelopes. SKEINS, D. M., and DICKINSON & CO., Ltd., J. Jan. 11, 1937, No. 765. [Class 146 (ii)] In an envelope of the self-adhesive kind the side flaps c are each formed with a series of perforations c<1> and an upwardly projecting extension e adapted to be folded about a crease line f, the inner face of each extension and of the sealing flap a being furnished with a layer of self-adhesive material, and the arrangement being such that, by inwardly folding the extensions e along the crease lines f the self-adhesive areas thereon are presented beneath the perforations c<1> in the side flaps, and the self-adhesive on the sealing flap can be pressed into contact with the areas e<1> of self-adhesive displayed through the perforations c<1>.
