Abstract

1521721 Clothes drier A W WILLIAMS (PRESSWORK) Ltd 1 March 1976 [28 Feb 1975] 8351/75 Heading F4G A clothes drier intended in use to be supported on a wall above the ground, comprises a body 26, 27 having an air inlet (38), see (Fig. 1), and an outlet 33 in its undersurface, and in the body a downwardly divergent plenum chamber 30, a heater 37, and a motor-driven fan 36 which draws cool air in at (38), passes the air over the heater 37 into the plenum chamber via an inlet 32 at its top and out via an outlet 33 at its wider end coextensive with the outlet 29. Louvres 35 are provided to impart a vertically downward component to the exiting air for passage over the clothes supported on rails (23) extending between foldable frame members 18.
