Window holders for sliding sashes.- A window holder for sliding sashes consists of a bead a pivoted to bearing- pieces fixed in the sash on two parallel links b, and pressed by a spring d into engagement with a groove in the frame. One link has an operating-handle b<1> by which the bead is withdrawn from its groove to allow the window to be moved.
